Day 1: Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred

Hey guys!

It's technically spring already, but there's almost a foot of snow outside in St. Louis. It's never too late to start getting healthy and fit, especially since summer will be here before you know it. I usually go to the gym and run on the treadmill, but I've decided to try something new:  a workout DVD! 

Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred promises 20 pounds of weight loss in 30 days with just a 20 minute workout everyday. There are 3 levels of workout and you do each level for 10 days before moving to the next level. I'll check in 30 days later and see if Jillian can keep her promises!
